Conditional formatting allows you to colour code cells or the text contained in the cells based on rules. This feature is useful to draw attention to data, show exceptions, or events of interest, or create red-amber-green reports.

To activate the conditional formatting, select 'Format' from the top navigation. Then select the question or field that you want to format, and then set a rule based on the answer.
