How to reset a password
Resetting a forgotten password

If a user forgets their password then the following steps can be taken to reset the password.

  1. The use should try and sign into the account with their registered email.

  2. Then select the 'Email a passwordless sign-in link' button

  3. Receive a password with a link to the application

  4. Immediately 'change password' once in the application
